The Loft is ideal for groups of eight or fewer persons, and reservations are a 3-night minimum.
Our facility is smoke-free, and pets are not allowed.
Rates
3-Nights $1,750 total plus tax (6% PA Tax, 5% Hotel Tax).
4-Nights $1,950 total plus tax (6% PA Tax, 5% Hotel Tax).
5-Nights $2,100 total plus tax (6% PA Tax, 5% Hotel Tax).
6-Nights $2,520 total plus tax (6% PA Tax, 5% Hotel Tax).
7-Nights $2,940 total plus tax (6% PA Tax, 5% Hotel Tax).
- Flat rate for entire stay.
- Rate includes cleaning fee, linens, and use of all amenities, including BERNINA 335 machines.
- You choose how to divide costs between group members anyway you like. (For example eight guests staying three nights = approx. $243 per person.)
Reservations
A $500 non-refundable reservation fee is required to finalize a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Parties with current reservations will have priority re-booking opportunities for the same time the following year.
Check-In-Check-Out
-Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.
-Early or late arrival/departure options negotiable upon request.
Cancellations
For cancellations of 60 or more days: $500 reservation fee can be applied to a future rental date.
For cancellations of fewer than 60 days: Full refund less the $500 non-refundable reservation fee.
Waiting List
Feel free to contact us to request that your name be added to a waiting list for future dates.
Re-booking
Parties with current reservations will have priority re-booking opportunities for the same time the following year. Re-booking must be made within 10 days after the first night of your current reservation. After the 10 days, if you have not re-booked, the dates will become open on the reservation calendar.
