Embroider your own applique greeting card to add a special touch to your message. The card is embroidered on cardstock. A variation of the card uses cotton fabric for applique.
The class is suitable for those new to embroidery as well as those familiar with their embroidery modules. Attendees will learn embroidery techniques including which stabilizer works best depending on stitch density and how to hide the back of the embroidery, all while learning how to personalize their greeting card.
Bernina Embroidery Club meets monthly for consistent growth in Bernina machine embroidery skills. Each month we complete a different project so you can practice using the many features of your machine’s embroidery module. We recommend bringing your own Bernina to learn on, but if needed, you may use a Classroom BERNINA 590.
