Here’s an attractive variation of the Lone Star quilt design. This smaller star is contained within a Flying Geese border and a pieced block border.

The design fits nicely on the surface area of the mattress. The simple outer border features a scalloped edge and elegant quilting.

Hand-quilted by an Amish friend, Lancaster County, PA.
