This recent addition to our repertoire of Nine Patch-themed quilts, the Nine Patch Square came to us from a photo in a magazine. Our local, Old Order Mennonite quilter successfully copied the design and the results are charming! We love how the square rings and checkerboard blocks float on the background. The freight train border is also a nice detail on this visually pleasing quilt. Hand-quilted by a Mennonite friend, Lancaster County, PA.
