Another original design by a local Old Order Mennonite maker, the Susquehanna Compass features a shaded background of pieced blocks with strategically positioned Mariner’s Compass blocks. The body of the quilt is accented with diagonal chain blocks which bring energy and charm. Hand-quilted by an Old Order Mennonite friend, Lancaster County, PA.
