Cathedral Window

The Cathedral Window pattern is a very old one that’s quite labor-intensive. Each colored panel in this quilt has been hand-sewn in place and carefully arranged in a precise pattern.

While there's no batting filler between the layers, the 30-plus yards of muslin fabric add substantial weight and body to the quilt. Notice the saw-tooth edge around all four sides of the quilt.
