Boston Commons is an old pattern based on simple 2-3-inch blocks. Generally designed from one or two color families, the overall design is understated. The blocks ripple out from the center to the border, with values of color repeating for a striped effect. Hand-quilted by a Mennonite friend, Lancaster County, PA.
