This beautiful table runner is a joy to sew and finishes to be a creation that you will love to see on your table. It uses a combination of beginner level foundation paper piecing (the trees) and traditional piecing (the center blocks).
The class is an opportunity to learn foundation paper piecing if you have never done it before or to practice if you are already an experienced paper piecer. The center blocks are an easy task to complete. You may not be able to complete the entire runner in class but if you cut out your fabrics in advance you can get a lot farther.
Ann's sample was easily quilted on her domestic machine using a walking foot.
Level: confident beginner and above.
