September Singer Featherweight Club: 1941 Nine Patch, Army Star, and Bonus Block

The Singer Featherweight Club celebrates America and the "Greatest Generation" this month with blocks that were published in the Kansas City Star newspaper in the early 1940's. Learn to use the Wing Clipper tool from Studio 180 Designs to make the 1941 Nine-Patch, Army Star, and the bonus block, Ladies' Aid Album (see the Gallery for the picture.)

The Singer Featherweight Club meets monthly to sew blocks that were published weekly in the Kansas City Star newspaper from 1928 to 1961. The blocks have been updated using modern tools and techniques instead of templates.

The registration fee does not include the supplies for the class. A list of required supplies (fabric and notions) will be sent with your registration confirmation email.

This class is not eligible for the Day of Class Discount.
