Here is a fun opportunity to use a panel in a new and completely different way! We start with seven repeats of a fabulous panel, then stack and cut six of them to make unique kaleidoscope blocks. Once all the blocks are made, you will combine them with the remaining panel to design your own one-of-a-kind quilt. This is a fun and addictive technique!
Irene Chandler has guided many quilters through this creative process, and we're delighted to host her in the Classroom at The Old Country Store so you, too, can join the fun!
This is a two part class. In the first class, you'll layer and cut your panels and get started sewing. At home between classes you'll stitch together the rest of your blocks. At the second class, bring your completed blocks so you can design your quilt and start sewing it together.
Class #1 is Wednesday, October 2 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Class #2 is Wednesday, October 16 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Your registration below is for both sessions.
A required supply list (book, fabric, notions) will be sent with your registration confirmation.
