Learn how to create a quilting pattern from a sewing stitch. Then create a zippered pouch with applique, all done in the hoop. Attendees will learn about stitches in their Bernina machines, adding a created quilt pattern to a design pack, changing thread color numbers, and mirroring in the process of creating the project.
The class is suitable for those new to Bernina embroidery as well as those familiar with their Bernina embroidery modules. Bernina Embroidery Club meets monthly for consistent growth in Bernina machine embroidery skills. Each month we complete a different project so you can practice using the many features of your machine’s embroidery module. Some months we do only embroidery, and other months we finish the project using the sewing side of your Bernina to further your education on your machine. We recommend bringing your own Bernina to learn on, but if needed, you may use a Classroom BERNINA 590.
