Quilt a pieced top, add insulation, bind the project, and you have a beautiful quilted serving strip to use when hosting guests. The insulated serving strip will protect your table or counter top while holding your casserole or other hot dishes. Your embroidery skills will surely be a topic of mealtime discussion!
The class is suitable for those new to Bernina embroidery as well as those familiar with their Bernina embroidery modules. Attendees will learn about placement of quilting patterns, using Sequence Control to remove connecting stitches, and refresh their Pin Point Placement skills.
Bernina Embroidery Club meets monthly for consistent growth in Bernina machine embroidery skills. Each month we complete a different project so you can practice using the many features of your machine’s embroidery module. Some months we do only embroidery, and other months we finish the project using the sewing side of your Bernina to further your education on your machine. We recommend bringing your own Bernina to learn on, but if needed, you may use a Classroom BERNINA 590.
