February BERNINA Embroidery Club: Applique and Quilting In-The-Hoop

Past Class

This "skill builder" class combines simple machine applique and quilting done entirely in the embroidery hoop. You will learn about placement, applique designs, and quilting in the hoop with embroidery. Our project will be a small quilt or wall hanging. The finished size is approximately 25” x 25”, or you can make it smaller, 18" x 18". You may choose the Whale or Heart for your project.

Bernina Embroidery Club meets monthly for consistent growth in Bernina machine embroidery skills. Each month we complete a different project so you can practice using the many features of your machine’s embroidery module. Some months we do only embroidery, and other months we finish the project using the sewing side of your Bernina to further your education on your machine. We recommend bringing your own Bernina to learn on, but if needed, you may use a Classroom BERNINA 590.

Available seats listed below are for one session of this year-long club. This month’s project is appropriate for a confident beginner in Bernina machine embroidery. A required supply list will be sent with your registration confirmation.
