Get ready to design a quilt that’s truly your own in Digitized & Embroidered Custom Quilt! Over 8 months, we’ll meet in person to explore Bernina Software 9 together. You’ll purchase an OESD design collection and then learn how to reshape,
resize, and customize those designs to build your very own quilt.
This class is open to all levels of software users—whether you’re brand new to Bernina Software 9 or are already comfortable. However, you should have intermediate embroidery skills so you can confidently stitch your projects at home. In class, we’ll focus on digitizing and creative techniques, while at home you’ll complete the majority of the embroidery. But don’t worry, each month we’ll review fun and practical tips for successful embroidery so you’ll feel supported and confident every step of the way.
Along the journey, we’ll explore exciting techniques like stump work, confetti, appliqué patches, wreath tool, and more. By the end, you’ll have a one-of-a-kind quilt that shows your creativity and personality.
You will have the opportunity to join some embellishment classes to really make your quilt shine. More on that later.
