In the month of August, we will stitch a heart-shaped pincushion and embroider it with a wing needle. This simple project offers fun possibilities- add your initial to the outside and scented oil to the inside, resulting in a sachet to hang in your closet. Use red or green thread and you've got an ornament for the holidays! And remember, with your embroidery machine, you can easily personalize these for sweet little gifts.
Bernina Embroidery Club meets monthly for consistent growth in Bernina machine embroidery skills. Each month we complete a different project so you can practice using the many features of your machine’s embroidery module. Some months we do only embroidery, and other months we finish the project using the sewing side of your Bernina to further your education on your machine. We recommend bringing your own Bernina to learn on, but if needed, you may use a Classroom BERNINA 590.
