With pinwheel blocks in the center of each larger block, the Pinwheel Cornerstone is a happy, new take on an old Cornerstone block. The best feature is the checkerboard effect from the little blocks that run diagonally through the body of the quilt, adding energy and punch to the traditional design. Hand-quilted by a Mennonite friend, Lancaster County, PA.
