We are always looking for new ways to use fabric. Wouldn’t it be fun to use your favorite fabric to make a unique, custom-designed piece of furniture? If this sounds interesting, then this two-part class is for you.
In the first class session, use templates to cut out all the fabric pieces you need for your tuffet cover. During the remaining time, sew together one-fourth of the cover. This will give you the confidence to go home, stitch the remaining three sections, and join them for a complete cover. In the second class session, we'll get out the power tools and build your tuffet!
This class is appropriate for intermediate to advanced sewers and will be taught by Julie Struthers in two sessions (with homework to complete after the first session) on Friday, February 8, from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday, March 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Signing up below ensures your seat in both sessions.
